With our aim to continue to improve your experience of our Distributor Portal, we are delighted to announce that we have launched our Help Centre to make all of our lives easier! This will help you to find answers to questions that you may never knew you had. This is the beginning for the help centre and incorporates articles from “how to open an account” to “what is go secure”. Why not take a look?

To access from the DST Distributor Portal, just click ‘Help!’ in the menu bar. 


We are adding new items all the time and would love to hear any feedback you have, just search the help centre for ‘Feedback’ for anything you would like to see mentioned or added.

Update at 12.30

The DST re-registration service has been re-established and all requests have now been processed.  No further updates to follow




Update at 11.30

DST continues to work with Calastone to re-establish connectivity. An update will be provided at around 12:30





Update at 10.45


DST continues to investigate the issues connecting to re-registration.  DST will provide further updates at round 11:30






Please be aware that at this time the electronic re-registration service for DST hosted Fund Management Groups is not able to receive transfer messages and these are currently being queued by our provider. We expect these to process when connectivity is re-established
